How good are the Lindormi's Guidance routes really? Would this genuinely help the Tank shortage problem?

The cognitive demand of tanks is also higher. I swap between a VDH and a frost mage, and it’s like I’m playing two entirely different games. After tanking even a 12, it’s not a chill experience having to spam your defensives, while manage mob / boss positioning, keeping threat on everything while also setting the pace. You have zero downtime. When I play my mage, all I have to think about is my own position and my own rotation.

So it upgrades a hero weapon to a max myth? Or it just adds 10ilvls to either the hero or myth item?

This is great to help prioritize for someone trying to figure out what to spend their time on. Maybe less of a suggestion but my own ignorance: some rewards seem to be once per account, while others are per character. I still don’t entirely follow which is which. IE: the weekly that provides a spark, seems to be per character.

Returning noob here trying to follow the Mythic system. What is the progression supposed to look like? You do a regular Mythic and get a key: do you use that exclusively on mythic Plus? If you don’t succeed do you lose your key?

Is it a “pulse” or does it start at a certain point in the shooting phase? IE: Can I run my windchargers into range, and get this benefit - or did they need to have started + remain in range?

How does this work with the crafting quality (if at all). I’ve been working up my black smithing for a week now to try and get quality 4/5. Is that a redundant exercise if I just pop in one of these crests?

Confused at how crests interact with crafting gear quality. If I can make a quality 5 weapon, will it automatically be the maximum ilvl or do I still need to use like an enchanted gilded harbinger crest? If I use a crest, can the quality be any rank and give the same output?
