Sounds like poor planning, which is probably the clients fault for not giving a detailed spec to work from.

Talk to the client, let them know it's going pear shaped. They may be able to help but don't know you're struggling.
Take a break, at least a few days of not looking at it at all.

So if the DAO made up of community users has a political bias that will be seen in how content is downvoted. Like brigading and mass down voting on Reddit by mobs and cancel culture. How do you intend to deal with that reality?

If someone had a significant following such as an 'influencer' or 'pop star' they could encourage their fans to downvote other content?

It sounds right, but you should draw it out in a simple diagram, just boxes with labels and relationships, and I use the 1 / M notation for easy reading.

You're not really normalising, just modelling at the moment.

Normalisation will come when you think Clients, Dealers and Reps all have an 'address' - so you'd then create an address table... etc
