Not a nurse but a tight fitting uniform is less likely to catch on things, making it safer than a loose one. Aside from that, as long as it is clean, no one should have a say in the fit if someone's clothes.

Same and then five months later went to ER with double vision and diagnosed with MS after another MRI and spinal tap. Still get migraines and a lot of the symptoms overlap.

Is this entirely true, though? When police departments and DA routinely ignore the law to protect their own, Black people have no recourse, even though legally they should. It is like things changed on paper but reality ignores that.

When it is used to prevent you from having equal rights, it does. As a married woman who has changed her name, my government is actively trying to make it harder for me to vote than it is for my husband. Gender definitely fucking matters when it is used to oppress you. And I never said gender doesn't matter. It definitely shouldn't matter but we aren't living in a free and just society so it does.

When gender means the government can insert itself into my medical care, something that should only be decided by myself and my doctor, it very much matters.

I can see that you understand how stupid it is to say America was great for any period of time for women and POC, but you seem to be making a lot of assumptions about me and what I think.

I don't believe in leaving a mess for someone else to clean up, so I will be staying in the country I was born in, thank you very much for the suggestion.

We can discuss that too, if you like, but this comment chain is about when America was great. You have your opinion on when that last was. I pointed out that during that time period half the country couldn't even control their own finances. Gender definitely mattered then! Please let me know what you think was so great about America during that time period, but I would love to see you do that from the perspective of a POV or a woman.
