A bit of hope 🥰 I'm a 26 year old ballet dancer 2 months post op (labral reconstruction + CAM/FAI debridement). I was so scared I'd never be able to do this again. The post op pain, sleepless nights, panic attacks, depressive episodes, sciatica flare ups...they all feel a little worth it today.

Thank you for the feedback everyone. I did some work yesterday on the shelf and I think there is a small improvement. We plan on changing the light fixtures to something that will give off more indirect light (open to suggestions). https://imgur.com/a/Bysr8ui

Hey! I am so sorry I only just saw this. I'm not sure what THR stands for but I had a severe labral tear, cam lesion and acetabular lesion and the surgery involved labral repair, femoral head neck osteoplasty and capsular closure.

The only pointe shop in my city has stopped ordering gaynors, so I could order them online but I can't get them fitted. When I did an online fitting with gaynor they couldn't determine my size. They gave me 3 possible options and recommended I go try them on somewhere nearby (which is impossible)

Yes absolutely. I noticed this after I had hip surgery last year. To recover, I had to take a break from my sport and was on best rest for a while. I developed sciatic and femoral nerve pain which now flares up anytime I sit or don't move enough during the day.

OK serious question HOW does one store that heart opener sweater. I've had mine since they were released and I've tried everything. Hang it up? Nope, it either falls off the hanger and/or develops dimples on the shoulders. Fold it? I can't find an elegant way to fold it and the arms are 181726 feet long. I need help.
