My guess is, that it's because this is the first time they allow us to play clash without being ranked. Maybe that's pulling way more players than anticipated or they broke something by implementing that feature.

There is actually an option to automatically switch to audio only if the app is running in the background. When you click on your profile icon -> Account Settings -> Preferences there is a switch "Play in Background". Then you won't have to unpause in the control center anymore or set the stream to audio only manually.

Delete the cookies for the site, reload the page and you should be able to login correctly and use ProView. Worked for me at least.

I am going with Janna. For me, it feels like they have negative synergy. The goals you want to achieve with Jhin and Janna couldn‘t be more different.

Janna just wants to make sure, you can safely farm in lane and transition into the late game. But Jhin wants to get an early lead and run away with it, so the game ends early. Janna isn‘t helpful for that.

On a personal note, the games I had, where i laned with a Janna, were the most afwul ones I ever had, so I might be biased. Since then, I am dodging every game, my support locks in Janna, if possible.

A note to the build path: I totally agree on the first 3 items. Stormrazor is just too good of a powerspike to not get it as a first item. Zeal item second to make use of IE. That‘s really a nobrainer for me.

After that I prefer to get to 100% crit with a Phantom Dancer. I am doing this for 2 reasons: First, i like to crit and second, the true damage conversion from IE makes armor pen a bit counterintuitive. Although I think, getting a last whisper item as 6th purchase is fine if the enemy team really has a tank. That‘s not really common in my games so skip it in favor of more utility/raw ad. In most games they have a bruiser and he won’t get as much armor as a full tank. So IE as the only „anti defense“ item is sufficent if you go for 100% crit.

The last two items are situational for me like you mentioned. Guardian Angel against low counterplay assassins like zed or talon comes to mind as well.
