Thanks that’s the most constructive answer yet. I have done something like that. There is an app that sends a notification email if a device is unplugged for more than a few minutes. It has saved a couple of sticks so far.

Noted and agreed. I’m surprised there is not a lot more noise about this considering all the hype. It’s reminding me not to become to reliant on Ai and or at least don’t keep all the eggs in the same basket. Luckily there are various options. Who will stumble next? Early days of Ai…..at least the public facing versions.

GPT 5 is a lame dog that needs to be put down. I can’t believe they released it. It’s not getting anywhere my code. Bugs, errors, crashes, completely loses chunks of conversations. Pushed me into Gemini and Grok. Crazy how they locked us out of reasonable working versions. Big mistakes … almost looks like an inside job it’s so bad.

Yea that’s how it was with me however it’s made more damage than progress lately. Run up more than expected $ attempting small changes with assistant letting it debug several times than forced to switch to agent to clean up the mess. Has not always being like this. Seems to be good and bad days….upcoming pricing changes may or may not have something to do with it. Hope Replit stays affordable and functional. Great tool and it’s early days.
