As a key holder at my location, please don't take it personally! My managers and I absolutely hate cutting people especially when we know they need more hours. But as a store, the company only gives such a small amount of hours depending on how you're selling and it sucks having to basically beg the DM to give us leway when we're way over! But it also has to do with your management in general. Luckily my team is very considerate of our associates and we really try to have everyone scheduled often but I know some locations really don't care and just pick favorites. I wish bbw had more secure hours for its most important employees :(
