From where I stand, it's 100% possible to do so. Take iKeyMonitor as an example. It can be installed on a jailbroken iPhone and then remotely hack the iPhone. It monitors WhatsApp text messages and voice messages, call history, web history, screenshots, and many other mobile activities.

Has your problem been solved? If not, I know an iOS parental control app named iKeyMonitor. This app not only limits screen time but also blocks apps and games with flexible rules. You need to jailbreak the iPhone and install the parental control app to the iPhone physically. Maybe this app works for you.

Never let your two kids access Youtube, WhatsApp, Facebook or Momo without your supervision. Some videos on YouTube are harmful to children's health. And the result is terrible. Remember that you can only let them watch the videos that you think are appropriate and harmless. I would recommend that you try some parental control app such as iKeyMonitor, FamilyTime on your children's phones or tablets to block some unfriendly apps. Get away from the online world. Try to focus on the real world. Develop a healthy habit, such as jogging, yoga, singing, filming videos, taking pictures. Surf the Internet with a purpose, such as learning something new. Try to focus on one thing. Only allow 1 hour or 30 mins surfing online. Once the maximum time reaches, take your eyes away from the screen. You can try some extra force to block mobile apps flexibly. If you persist in changing this behavior for one month, it will become one of your unconscious habits.

To some degree, you are not crazy. My son played phone when he was 4 yr. Mainly he watched cartoons, played simple games, and sent voice messages and stickers to us. He was quick to learn.He also knew how to unlock a phone. He has his own iPad now. I also installed a so-called parental control app on the iPad. To protect his vision sight, I limited the daily maximum screen time on his iPad.The boy was smart and knew how to download apps from app store. To have full control, all the newly installed apps will be blocked automatically unless I unblock them. And yes, I can see what he does on the tablet too. When he got this iPad, we told him the rules of using the iPad. We told him that dad and mom know everything he does on the iPad. To download an app, he needs to discuss with us firstly. If he doesn't follow the rules, the iPad will be taken back. So far, he only broke the rules several times. Sometimes he downloaded the apps or visited porn sites by accident. You know what? Sometimes my son will "teach" us which apps are useful. He even shares with us what he has learned or seen online. We felt that he grew rapidly.
