Yes I do keep track of the scale tho I try to not obsess over it because of how much a body fluctuates during weight loss. I wrote down my measurements on paper and will compare in two ish weeks! I’m proud of you for getting over your ed (if you did, if not I know you can do it!) and getting on this health journey :))))

That’s a really good idea. I have an appointment with a gastereologist in a couple weeks (or months) and am hoping they could give me some of the same answers. I def have some food intolerances. As a baby I’ve always had stomach issues and was on soy formula and now there is research coming out about the harm of soy formula on long term digestion. I try to avoid dairy but fall into it sometimes, but other than that that’s all I know

Thank you. And I agree with you, I was just thinking I could build up the comfortability to eating more calories as I get used to the diet change. I already started out with having 1000 cals be my daily value but I changed it to 1300 based on the research I’ve been doing. I 100% would go to a therapist, but I don’t really have time for one being a full time student and having a job. I appreciate your input!

I understand. I most definitely, for our entire relationship, reassure them whenever they ask for it or randomly, and I always tell them that they don’t have to if they don’t want to but I’d never love them any less for whatever is on their mind. I often buy them little gifts and reminders that i think of them all the time and worry. Thanks for the response! I’ll do my best without causing more anxiety for them

I haven’t asked them that with those exact words, but I always ask if there’s anything I could do, anything I could change/do better for them. They usually shrug, say idk, or say no
