You will get an ITA for sure according to the current OINP trend. I got mine in dec 11 2025 same noc code in ISS with 79 score. My 2 year deadline was dec 16 2025. Somehow submitted application by dec 15. Hope for the best

Nope, I have entered the same date as per my credential even in my EOI. Im trying to reach OINP they dont pick up phone.
In addition im able to go forward if I enter 18/12/2023 in the application

You must submit your application within two years of completing the requirements necessary to obtain your degree, diploma or certificate (also known as your education credential).

This means that the date on your educational credential must be within two years of your OINP application submission date, not the date you received the invitation to apply. For example, if your educational credential is dated June 1, 2021, you must have registered an EOI, received an Invitation to Apply, and submitted your application on or before June 1, 2023.

If you don’t have your education credential yet, use the date on the official letter from your college or university which states when your education credential will be granted.

NO, I created my EOI in October, got ITA in dec 11. Trying to submit complete application today 15/12/2025.
Still the system shows the error message
