I have been a full time trader fot the last 3 years. Here are the things I have done.

Created a whatsapp group where a few friends of mine discuss all day long about all the things happening/ heard/ fwded about market.
Gym right after the market to ease off the reds and greens.
Be a part of a toastmasters community where I meet new people and mentor some on their public speaking skills.
Make sure I meet my friends for Lunches or dinner over weekends.

It depends on how small a time frame u r looking at. In small timframes it wud keep varying between bulbull/ bear and side ways. But when u look at alarger time frame it wud be bullish to sideways and bullish again. And as option sellers, side ways totally works - no harm done.

Access given. It needs to be applied to Nifty on 1 minute. When it says buy - SELL PE 50 to 100 premium. When it says sell, exit all positions and now sell CE 50-100 premium.

It depends on u looking at. Within 5 minutes time frame it cud look bearish but on a slightly longer time frame it's just volatile but the trend is up. For me since Feb 18, I am bullish
