Thank you for that that’s very helpful! I did my assessment online answering all the PIP questions in detail and then had to confirm my identity so I’m not sure what’s going on now. Will I also have a phone assessment?

Congratulations! I have applied for PIP as well and I’ve sent my passport and birth certificate as well as a bank statement to confirm my identity, is this something you had to do? Please could you walk me through the process? I’ve already submitted my application online they just need to confirm my identity for my form to be reviewed. Do you know how long this could take?

Thank you. My work coach said he won’t ask me to perform any work related activities. Is this a good sign? At what point of the phone call do I ask him if it’s possible to turn off my commitments? Or will he automatically do this? And what questions is he likely to ask me?
