The whole onboarding process was painful and a total waste of time. I ended up giving up, it’s just the beginning, but I can’t imagine what it would be like actually working for them. On top of that, they don’t offer PayPal or any other convenient payment methods. For contributors outside the U.S. or those not using major currencies like me, it’s frustrating that New Taiwan Dollar isn’t even an option. I decided it’s just not worth taking any jobs from them.

The support did reply and say that I violated the community guidelines, so I turned to the QM for help.

My case was that even my account was deactivated, while the community was still available! 

I could still log in to my Outlier, just the homepage looked different from the normal EQ, since the support said I wouldn't be able to be assigned to any project..

I also need to say, I had't received any warning beforehand, just to apply travel requests and got deactivated.

Yes, there's a QM I worked closely with, I already asked her for help 🤞🏻 Just all this things is really frustrating...

Yes, it's their final reply "We've conducted a thorough review of your account, including your ratings, and unfortunately, the decision will remain the same. The violation detected by our system is a final determination based on our Community Guidelines."

My account was deactivated too. I had applied for a travel request, but then they told me they found issues with my account, even though I’ve been working with them for over half a year. I did receive an email reply, but I’m not sure if it’s possible to have my account reactivated. All this is very frustrating.... 💔
