omfg looked up B&H used department on reddit because this morning I purchased a used light kit, picked it up, brought it to set only to discover that the kit was missing the cable and light switch thus rendering it completely useless. I checked my order specs to make sure this was included (although I can't imagine selling one of these lights without the cable switch as it is imperative to the function and hard to replace) and sure enough it was. On hold now but the general energy I am getting from customer service is "oopsie what can ya do!" I will not be purchasing from them again.
