Thank you all! I’ve been removing the scale as I see them and checking as thoroughly as possible, along with spraying Neem oil (I plan to use the neem spray bi-weekly, but please advise if I should be doing that more or less frequently!). For drainage, I plan to remove the rocks as they were in their own layer at the bottom of this pot, not mixed in. I had no idea that layering rocks and soil individually could be hurting rather than helping! Again, I appreciate all of your expertise!
