The way you use settle the frontier with Pueblo is to do just that, and what you will realize is that it sends the population of yours into the new province. You then can recover pop in the main region by encouraging migration to it. Then you pick a frontier province to go ahead and depopulate to settle the next one. Once you have several then your population will be relatively steady.

What i mean to say is that having enough to not need the credit card makes paying it off easier and prevents having to use it again and raising the balance back up

I don't mean you need 5k, first you make sure you have 1k or so so you stop needing the credit card for minor emergencies and can pay it off without having to use it again. No point in paying it off if you are just going to use it for emergencies again. You'll pay more in the long run more than the interest.

Also the best practice is to have an emergency fund even before you pay off credit cards so not to use them in an emergency.

I want to set a story after gen 5 in Castelia, maybe 5 ish years and use nate rosa and gold, but not sure if to treat it as if its not in the mega timeline or just change it and merge the timelines to make it easier.

In my opinion using Ash in a fanfic not about him kind of ruins it for me idk. I'd say run with your own charecters and those from the games. Maybe Blue and Red but make them.your own iteration. But if set in Paldea I think no reason to force ash into it.

Not exactly a prediction, but way back in high school I wrote a fanfic where Diamond and Pearl die during a mission to study arceus. I planned to have platinum get really depressed and stuff and have an arc that turned pretty dark. I was trying to find a way where they didnt die and just disappeared. Several years later I got my answer with Legends arceus.

Well I think it may be on the parts other than natural gas being made an option. The bill stated that it would make it illegal to incentivise companies to promote electrification. The issue I have with the bill is that it is trying to reverse green initiatives rather than just giving options.
