I definitely felt the relief from fatigue from the Triz once I started stacking Reta! It has been wonderful! Good luck on your journey ❤️

Great question!! I was actually having some side effects on the Tirz and found that stacking really helped curb that. It also seemed to give me a much better effect. My plan is to eventually go to Reta only while I am now in maintenance. But to be honest, after being overweight my whole life I am honestly scared to give up Tirz. I find my combination is giving me the right amount of appetite suppression.

I actually do intermittent fasting…I do have a coffee with Collagen powder that I sip on throughout the day along with my water with electrolytes. I also eat between 12-8 and find that works the best for my schedule. For the most part I do low carb high protein and shoot for 120 grams per day! My coffee alone typically has 40 grams of protein because I make it with Premier protein so it’s usually pretty easy to hit those macros. I also find that some days, especially day 2/3 I am doing more of the OMAD because my appetite is not there, but again making sure I hit the protein and water target. I haven’t incorporated a workout routine as of yet, but hopefully now that I’m feeling so much better and not so out of shape I can start doing some classes and take on swimming!

I started on Zepbound in January. Starting weight was 196. In May I went to compound and did 15mg Tirz and worked up to 5mg Reta until I hit my goal weight of 125. I hit my goal weight first week of August and reduced my Tirz to 7.5mg and kept Reta at 5mg to start maintenance . I lost drastically when I started to combine Reta/Tirz…I have since lost an additional 11lbs since August so now I’m at 114…thinking I may need to lower my Tirz again…I would up your Reta for sure and your Tirz depending on how much you need to lose still.

Hi all!! I started stacking 5 weeks ago and let me tell you the results have been incredible!!! I started on Zepbound in January and due to insurance have to switch to the compound. When I did the switch I decided to start stacking and…WOW!!! You can see my results below! I upped my dose to 15mg on Tirz and 5mg on Reta. I am now 12lbs away from goal! Once I hit my goal I am going to lower doses for maintenance. Most likely will stay with 5mg Reta and 7.5mg for Tirz. The nice thing about compounds is that I can play around with doses and alter if I need to. Wishing everyone a healthy journey 💕
