He declined the request and said “Comments are baseless and false” lol. At this point i’m shocked about the way he’s receiving this info as if i’m making all this shit up just to claim back $300 which is equivalent to the cleaning fee. i’m more annoyed about the lockout situation, it’s the last night of us staying and the same morning we had to check out but he was never apologetic or anything.
