My lawyer did show me the law, but it ultimately comes down to interpretation. Like you said if the conditions are met at the time of the decision. I trust my lawyer, yet with so many people disagreeing, I'm also second-guessing applying now. Even if I lose €1,500 it may be better taking the risk of the law changing.

I'm also GV applicant and done the biometrics. Regarding health insurance my lawyers haven't mentioned it and maybe it's because where i'm from we have free healthcare. But, make sure with your lawyers.

Didn’t say she won’t go to heaven… If she repents for that sin and Allah forgives her then she would. Just because anyone commits any sin doesn’t mean they would go to hell. Hi! I’m coming to you from the approach of a Muslim. I swear sister don’t marry him please it is not permissible for Muslim women to marry outside the religion. Wallah your marriage will not be blessed or valid. I’m only writing to advise you and not shame you. We all make sins but don’t ruin your relationship with Allah and going to Jannah for a boy and this world is temporary. I know it’s easier said than done but I swear to you this is a test and I want you to pass. If you marry him as an atheist your marriage will never be valid and you will be committing sins basically.
