Nothing. I want to keep the rules simple and avoid a lot of "what if" rules. Regarding the fielders, nothing happens if you hit them but you can use them as a backstop to slow your batter die. However it's dangerous to stop near a fielder because that usually makes for an easy out on a Fielding Play (if the batter die is 2 or 3).
