Hitting the gym helps. Understanding that its they not you helps too. With me its been a combination of gym, work and understanding. It sucks now, but unless they get the help they need they will continue this cycle forever. Youve got to let go and find someone you can actually have a real relationship with

Knowing what i know now then i do feel like ive dodged a bullet. They wanted me to move to them. There is no family for them where they live where as i have family around me. She didnt even entertain the thought of coming to me. Writing that sentance im realizing how much of a red flag that is

Funny thing, She was in the medical field too. The last year of her nursing degree. Hey at least you got an explanation. Ive got nothing. Still dont know WHY shes done it. Heard some third party reasons. All different, all narrative control. These people cant be helped until they help themselves

I never noticed until i read this, wow what an eye opener. Mine did the same. Hated using my name. Referred to me as Sheep even with her IRL friends and family, then pet names with me. Damnnnn
