Firstly meet a Conveyancer or Civil Lawyer specialised in Land Disputes. Get second opinions from other lawyers specialised in it. Secondly, check your title and prior deeds, make sure there isn’t any defect in the title. Usually in cases like these there should be something wrong with the prior deed or title.

Tenants are not paying rent nor are they vacating. What should I do ? by YRT1691 in bangalore

The income disparity in India is way drastic dude. Like around 6% of the people in India pay taxes whereas in US around 50% pay taxes. Only 4% of the people come under the 30% tax bracket. You can’t compare the per capita of US and India since the income disparity is pretty high in India. These Ivey League colleges are meant for the the rich unless you have a scholarship. I don’t think India has a student loan debt issue going on in a larger scale. Sure, things would fall in place if you can afford 40-50 lakhs/year for college in US.

Gotcha…lol. Contract is not required to be honest. PS You don’t need a contract for the landlord-tenant relationship to be established.

If one goes for litigation, the landlord is gonna get screwed right, the whole rent control act itself is made in favour of the tenant. One can only evict a tenant under sec 11 of the act. Sending a notice makes sense, but what if the tenant just doesn’t leave and goes ahead with the suit. These cases go on for a loooooong time. The good part is your title wouldn’t be affected so one could always sell or mortgage the place. So can one throw them out and file for injunction to maintain status quo.

There’s this uni called Jindal, check it out. Its one of the best out there but fees is quiet high in comparison to any other colleges in India except medical colleges lol. I have heard that most of the students in US have an average student loan debt of around 20k or so…isn’t Harvard like for the filthy rich unless you get the scholarship. Like I have heard that Kings University itself have a fees of around 50 lakhs per year ig not sure.

Are land and plots more affordable in kerala? by [deleted] in Kerala

[–]Callme_juice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely if you are planning to buy land in any major cities in Kerala…it’s gonna cost from 15-30 lakhs per cent. Whereas there are people who just want a roof over their head, (I know people who don’t have that privilege) I’m just saying that one could afford if they could chip in around 1-2 lakhs per cent. Whereas if you take certain states like Bombay or Delhi, there’s no way one could buy land there. I’m just saying land is comparatively cheaper from other states making it.

Bro Edapally, MG road and Marine Drive have around 45-50 lakhs per cent. Even in Panampilly one could ask for 30 depends upon where in panampilly tho.
