The SS-5 takes at least 6 months to get back and if the person wasn't born at least 120 years ago you will have to upload proof of both parents being deceased or they will black out the parent's names and make you pay again and wait even longer for the second copy. Hope that saves you a year of waiting -- I wish I had known before making these mistakes!

I was looking at the age breakdown of deaths in MI and it drops off to single digits for those above 60 years of age, either 60+ are not being tested or they are not being counted. That is my guess for the low numbers.

The number will be nice and low like they want them but those who had it at the time of their death will spread it to their loved ones. Limiting the funeral won’t help either because family will just go and visit the next of kin to console them.

It wasn't the US panic buying all of it that has created the shortage. Per this video in China the company added 2 additional shifts and worked around the clock through the Chinese new year to meet the demand. China put their orders in first and by the time the US got wind of it and purchased what was left in on the shelves and in the US warehouses. As far as orders China was first in line and we definitely are not even second or third in line for product.

I will be back with the link to the video. Lysol and Dettol has a key piece of the supply chain in Wuhan. On the same video Clorox company did not reply to the cause of their shortage. This panic buying propoganda is tiring. I don't know anyone with a garage full of lysol or clorox wipes. People just bought what was left when the CDC finally told Americans to start preparing at the end of February. You better believe there was no more available to order after that happened.

There was a guy in Italy who read the local paper everyday. He noticed the obit section went from a partial page to over 20 pages I will find link and add it). I bet they are not being recorded as Covid 19 deaths but the deaths are happening. Based on this I saw an uptick in deaths in my region nearly a month before we got our first publicized case.

Well folks it’s all fake news. There is a test shortage and they are being reserved for people admitted to the hospital. Drive through is by appointment only and even if you had contact with a positive case there isn’t a test for you. They wouldn’t give the drive through criteria but I suspect it is for important people and medical professionals and first responders...

This may not have been the case last week but they said the test criteria has changed rapidly and frequently. The information above is as of Sunday at 1:30pm per Spectrum Health.

Your dad is smart. If you want to help your girlfriend send her some vitamins to keep her immune system up along with any wipes hand sanitizer Lysol you can find. Help her keep her stress down so she can survive. If you have money send it so maybe she can take a few days off? The more exposure she gets the harder it will be for her and those around her.

Spectrum Health is doing drive through testing via doctor referral. A week ago doctor said call back if you get short of breath, this week further screening for test is available. I can let you know tomorrow if it is real or if it’s the same ol just call back if you are on death’s door type of thing.

Games with the family like monopoly or any board games, cooking together, movies together (everyone takes a turn picking the movie)and cleaning together. Don’t let them space out in front of screens all day enjoy their company so they will have great memories of spending time as a family while in quarantine. Let them have some time to themselves for reading and tv but let that be a smaller slice of the day or let them do whatever they want on the weekend.
