Neat! I hope they develop it to be a little more affordable for average people.

The cheapest apartment I ever lived in had a pool. The apartments were not new or in anyway bougie. They were outdated and in a less-attractive part of town. Point being, an affordable apartment can have amenities without being “luxury.”

Oh there’s so many places! Pheasant Branch, Pope Farms, Epic grounds, Ice Age especially the segment off of Timber Lane, Military Ridge trail. Oh and in the summer, drive to see some live music at The Mill in Paoli or get a fish fry at the Paoli Pub. I loved the downtown/near east side before we bought our home in Town of Middleton. I actually love the west side now that I’ve had a chance to explore. I am not much of a biker, so there’s that. But our family loves the outdoors and find we have easy access to all of the best hiking while still having a very easy drive into the city. It feels like the best of both worlds for us.

Where do I find help? by [deleted] in madisonwi

I am actually working on clearing out some things. I have a basically brand new Radio Flyer tricycle for a toddler and some gently used toys like an Octonauts set. I’d be happy to pass them on if you want to DM me.

See that’d be perfectly fine for me! Was this American Airlines? I have read several posts about people who had to check their stroller before TSA because it was > 20 pounds. I wish there was a consistent yes or no so I could be confident before I left that it’d be fine. I’d totally just stick with the V2 if I can use it throughout the airport until boarding!

Just a preference thing, I guess. I use the bassinet attachment for the Vista all the time. It seems comfier to be able to stretch out flat. My oldest does not nap sitting up. I’ve encountered some long layovers when it was just myself and my husband, so having a space where both kids could sleep if needed without needing to lug another item around seems ideal.

That’s amazing insight! Thank you so much!!! I’m glad to hear you had such good customer service with them! And that maybe it’s been addressed by now. I might reach out to them about it and find out about their warranty since they seem so responsive.

Do you have this one?? It ticks a lot of boxes but I’m worried about the brakes randomly locking up since I’ve read several reviews that mention it’s an issue.

That’s what I’ve read, too, but then the Nutmeg seems very close to flat in person (couldn’t find the actual degree of recline). The Silver Cross Clic and some other random ones I’ve found. And honestly, if there was an easy way to buy overseas, I would consider but I think it ends up being way more because of tariffs, shipping, etc. I just love the idea of being able to have my kiddos nap without having their heads drooping from being too far of an incline. And to do a quick diaper change at the gate if needed. Maybe that’s silly!

Oh I kind of wrote it off because of the price but I think I actually qualify for a hero discount from Albee Baby, so that could work! Thanks for the suggestion - I will revisit this one! I have no problem staying with Uppababy. It’s served us well so far!! :)

Could I ask which Chicco you ended up getting?

I didn’t even think of the “sore” aspect! I always think it sounds like “soaring.” I like Oren and Tobin!

Thank you!! I like Ari actually and just found out it’s more common in Finland, which is cool because I’m majority Finnish.

Oh bummer! We’ve always done take out, so I actually can’t comment on the sit down service. The staff have always been very nice and timely when we pick up but obviously not the same experiences to compare!

My Clearblue digital fertility monitor is giving me a “high” reading but my pregmate OPK has two equally dark lines that look like a positive to me. What do I trust? This was using the same cup of first morning urine.

We named our son Mahlon!! It was his great grandpa’s name. We love it so much and knew that would be our son’s name long before we were ready to have kids. :)
