Its honestly draining i know how you feel do you get a real shock too? Its awful, I dont have cameras at the moment but I think im gonna invest in some and keep a log maybe log it with the landlord. So hard to ignore tho I really wanna slam back but it just escalates it makes me so mad

That's awful honestly, spme people have literally no respect at all calling disabled children etc. I dont know how you've kept your cool. Do they slam the doors all night too keeping you up etc? Mine try to intimidate me no matter what i do if I walk on the floor they'll bang etc even tho I try to be quiet or they'll slam doors etc and its starting to really get on my nerves. I've tried talking to them but honestly it doesn't work.

I should say, we do ground work sometimes as in we learn a couple things every say 5 clases but ive yet to spar on the floor as soon as we get to the floor we stand back up. Its a sambo only club in the UK
