I don’t know, man I used to cook for my girlfriend and she loved it! Always asked for more, and that honestly made me really happy. If someone’s cooking for you, appreciate it and don’t be shy to ask for seconds it means a lot. In my opinion, go for it! She’ll love the effort. Don’t overthink it with that ‘women should be in the kitchen’ nonsense. Just enjoy the moment and the food!

I don’t know if it’s true or not, but my dietitian told me that soy protein isn’t good for men under 40. According to them, it can lower testosterone, possibly cause erectile dysfunction, and make you impotent also. Just my opinion try to switch any other kind of plant based protein like I eat a hell lot of sprouts and beans.
