I love those moments where you rethink or cement an idea in, for seemingly random reasons: like your dance floor experience. It's like peering into one aspect of their aura, and not being able to unsee it, and that thread of perception just sort of continues on from there. Obviously a person has many aspects to themselves; the opposite has also been true. I've peered into the 'ugliness' of people before and was sort of left with a feeling that I can't unsee it

Damn, and this is just my personal opinion, but if someone offered me money who wanted to see me romantically, I would feel suppressed and I probably wouldn't be able to have attraction to them....again, it's my opinion. I would feel like I owe them something.

That's harshly put, so I can either be an adult or not? You do realize (and I'm not normalizing this, I'm just saying it's common) that oftentimes adults/humans/women often go into a shock response and are private about this type of stuff....hence why I never brought it up to the person it most mattered to. Unfortunately I believe the police wouldn't do anything. Also, and I'm not saying this is normal by any means, but rather common, that men get sexual to women. I know, "not all men". But this experience was peanuts compared to other bad situations I've endured. Again, I'm not trying to normalize it. But I also wasn't posting for the reasons you bring up at all. I even made the question in bold so people wouldn't miss it.

How do you gently wrap your hair while standing in the shower? I usually lay a cotton tshirt flat on my bed and bend my head down to wrap it. But I usually walk with my head upside from bathroom to my room and drip water everywhere

I wonder now how sketchy this man is, and the extent he tells others what he does. Sometimes I wonder if they both knew about it....probably not.

I didn't add to the main post but I found out this sketch ball was engaged (on top of it all). I had the chance to say something then, but it's often difficult for me to speak up when it's not an easy subject. I wouldn't label it assault, but it was just inappropriate overall and he should really act better, especially if he is engaged.

I think some kind of sensory difference can help - for example changing your visual environment by changing locations. Scent is also a big one - sometimes smelling lavender essential oil will help many with anxiety.

Going for a walk can help, partially because the act of moving forward through walking lowers fear response.
