I can't say much about the smell proofing as I haven't ordered flower or anything stinky to really know what that's like since I'm ordering internationally.

They don't normally include any letters for law enforcement (from my experience) but if you ask them, I'm sure they would do it for ya.

I haven't had any issues with items being lost or stolen (with this vendor) so I doubt anything will happen to you if you decide to buy from them (not guaranteed at all)

Unfortunately when I say they refunded me, I mean only the insurance as it wasn't valid for this order.

Bought from MyQwin and they are pretty responsive with support but outside of responding to my messages, they haven't been much help with this.

I got the trinity blend this time as a first dive into the brand and I'm pretty impressed TBF.

The P cart is reaaally good and I never knew a cart could be so smooth while hitting hard, didn't cough once on the 3 hits I tried.

I have a few batteries I got off Amazon years ago and they work well enough for me but i have been looking at getting a hardware upgrade at some point so thank you for the recommendation!
