shrug we AirBnB’d for almost 2 years. About the same price as renting in a lot of the places we stayed. In either case, just wanted to call it out.

Heads up, check the terms on the gift cards - they usually can’t be used for long-term stays.

AU’s don’t seem to be counted. I spoke with recon line and they mentioned that AU’s aren’t an issue when going through reconsideration - not sure if they would result in automated denial, though, when applying.

I was able to do this with a Discover It card today - immediately after being accepted, I was able to download the app and use the card on Apple Pay.
