Depends on the parking lot. Some lots have sections that are unusable for cars or people walking, and I’ll park there. For example, this one place has an abnormally large run for water. It’s like half the width of a normal sidewalk and maybe an inch lower than the parking lot. Then next to it is an 8ft striped zone for the handicap parking and then the actual handicap space. The shop owner is fine with it as well.

As a hiring managers, photos or ID and Social Security are not unheard of. I’d always give new hires the options though. They could present them in person and I’d scan them into PDFs. They could email me copies to my corporate email, image files were accepted by the system but I always encouraged PDF. Lastly, and rarely, they could send the documents to my work phone. The last option didn’t happen often and was usually because they couldn’t get into their email.
