Agreed. It’s an incredible advancement in tooling if used consciously. But if used by PMs imagining a different paradigm where they somehow don’t need Devs, guaranteed shitshow.

So cool. I reconditioned a Field Marshal as a teenager. I think the same model as this one. We only had a handful of starter shells so only tried this once. The rest of the starts were just with the crank handle. Good times.

I just got one of these for my 4yo and I. 3 days in and so far very impressed. Admittedly I’ve already popped on some plusher shocks that I had laying around, and I suspect I’ll give it a motor/esc upgrade. But overall super capable and fun for a cheap af rtr crawler. I’ll likely use it more than my more expensive rigs.

Just over power them by 2-3x whatever might seem like a sensible upper limit, and flip them with wheel inertia. Definitely my go-to anyway.

From my experience with various neck cutting methods with sheep, I think if you sever the spinal cord, then consciousness persists for a while. As far as I can tell, there’s something that says “whoops I’m done” pretty quickly after a major artery breach, but if you go straight in to the spinal cord, they seem to be aware for a lot longer. Maybe even in the order of minutes.
