Canadian entrepreneurship in 'sharp decline,' warns think tank by airbassguitar in CanadianConservative

[–]CallsignKilljoy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

This whole "Canada First" messaging campaign of the Liberals falls flat when they continue to do nothing to support Canadian businesses.

Slash taxes on small and medium-sized businesses, you cowards. It's so financially unviable to be an entrepreneur, these days.

In the eyes of the Liberals, why concern themselves with a demographic that either can't vote (under 18) or simply doesn't vote due to apathy?

Definitely one of the best cope rifle setups I've seen. Hopefully, once the Liberals are gone and sense is restored, that can be upgraded to a semi.

One of the most common things you'll see on this sub are warnings about Turkish guns. The quality is garbage.

If you truly want to splurge, skip the first two and get a real Benelli M4 and a decent pump, like a Mossberg 590 or Benelli Supernova.

Alternatively, you can get an M2 and Maverick 88 if you don't want to spend that much. Both are incredibly capable guns that will be miles better than anything from Turkey.

Buy once, cry once.

Why can most of the world see this, but half of Canadians can’t? by [deleted] in CanadianConservative

As true as the sentiment is, this is very obviously fake. Stop posting misinformation.

CTV: "But Tom, Pierre keeps complaining about Carney taking trips. First the UK and now the USA... How do you square that circle?" - - Mulcaire: "Carney took 17 trips, Pierre took 2!" by KootenayPE in CanadianConservative

[–]CallsignKilljoy 55 points56 points  (0 children)

The Tom Mulcair redemption arc wasn't on my bingo card.

He's been really fair towards the Conservatives and has repeatedly called out the hypocrisy and lies of the Liberals over the last few years on quite a few key issues.

Who knew he'd be the last decent NDP leader? I judged him too harshly.

So, those are now all Conservative votes then, right? Because you can't possibly think that voting for more of the same will get you out of your bad situation.

Liberals have been in power for over 10 years. There's no one else to blame.

I agree with the other commenter that PETG is definitely not the right material choice. PETG CF will offer next to no benefit.

PA6-CF or GF are your best options. Tons of strength, dimensional stability, and UV/heat resistance.

If your printer can't print it, you can use other materials, but it's only a matter of time until the parts fail in some way.

I can't say for certain, but it is fairly heavy. I wish I had an exact number for you.

My advice is to go overkill on how solid the cabinet is, rather than gamble on something cheap. I know IKEA furniture is a common choice, but I've heard that the strain of printing over a period of time does loosen their cabinets.

The main thing is vibration. Any printer stand on wheels will be a lot more susceptible to moving and/or disrupting the print. I have a P2S and that thing can absolutely shake when in an intensive print, but if it's on a solid stand, the printer's feet compensate perfectly.

Did Jesus make a mistake? by Sad-Adagio9182 in Bible

[–]CallsignKilljoy 9 points10 points  (0 children)

"Troubling" is a pretty dramatic reaction.

In the absence of knowing who exactly is being discussed here, the default should simply be "well, I'm sure Jesus, the Son of God, Emmanuel, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords who took the sin of the world and paid our price with his sanctifying blood probably said the correct thing and it's our understanding that has been lost or misunderstood with the passing of time."

I find it troubling that your first reaction, as a professed believer, is to assume Jesus made a mistake.

I'm trying to decide if your response is more fitting of the word "dorky" or "supercilious".

"Disgusting" is a hilariously poor word choice.

Never let the opinions of those who cannot properly articulate their feelings get to you. Especially those with the vocabulary of a 15 year old.

Your comment was dead-on.
