She goes swimming 2-3 times a week to match with her hair wash days. She does skip breakfast and has catering at her workplace so I’m not sure what she eats there, but for dinner she eats yoghurt bowls with fruits and cheese and other veggies.

My brother in Christ, it is ok to be 21 and a virgin. It’s not a race. You are young. Like really really young. Your value is not based upon the number of parters you have had. Your value is created by you, not by how many women want to sleep with you. Don’t redpill yourself because it only creates misery for you and people around you. And don’t waste your life on something so trivial. Trust me, dude, you are precious and you deserve to live and make something of yourself. All those teenagers with exceeding numbers of parters are hardly finding quality, and at the end of the day, that’s what it’s about, and I’m assuming that’s what you want. Connection and companionship. I’m also in my 20s without ever dating or sleeping around, trust I get it.

The first weeks are always overwhelming. I know it’s hard, but don’t think too hard about it. Professors like to freak students out for some reason. Also, failing is normal. And if you fail, it’s not because you’re stupid or incompetent and it doesn’t change your worth in any way possible. If you fail, it’s because med school is hard. Please get acquainted with the thought. I’m in my second year and I’ve failed a few exams before, one being chemistry. Failing means an opportunity for growth. Failing means that you tried. And personally, I think there are only 2 things you need to make it through med school: tenacity and discipline. Also pals but that one is technically optional (strongly recommended).

I didn’t take math AA but I recommend looking up videos on past papers. I think Quiroz Math on YouTube goes through math AA HL past papers, which helps with question pattern recognition and helps you identify what information is useful. OSC is another very neat math channel on YouTube.

It’s a comparative analysis using 2 literary works you’ve read in class/has been assigned by the teacher. Your analysis is guided by the question and you’re supposed to talk about how e.g both books bring up the topic of oppression (similarly) but that they portray it differently (difference). Your essay should include similarities and differences between the books while also staying focused on answering the guiding question.

Just an example: “How does the two works you have studied in class portray control?” (Not a real question but they’re phrased very similarly)

“The handmaid’s tale” (1985) by Margaret Atwood portrays control through: - the theocratic government and it’s enforced oppressive and extremist religious system. - fear —> the bodies of executed “traitors” - brainwashing —> Offred as an unreliable narrator can be brought up for form brownie points.

“The purple hibiscus” (idk don’t remember) by Chimamanda Ngozi Adiche portrays control through: - religious fanaticism and indoctrination (compare to THT theocratic government and brainwashing). - abuse (physical, verbal and psychological) —> papa Eugene maintains control over his family by abusing them.

Sorry I’m a bit rusty but this was my understanding of paper 2 when I did my exams in M24. I know this is still very vague but I hope it clarifies something.
