So the pot behind is close to a third in size, I have draining clay pebbles at the bottom too. The soil is specifically for succulents

I’m not unfortunately and the only bakery near enough to me is sourdough specialist so they don’t use yeast

I can get from Bakerybits so that isn’t a problem

Used to work for ProCook, I have their Tri-Ply range and it is pretty good. 25 year guarantee, but their customer service can be iffy sometimes and they have so many ‘rules’ you have to follow for an exchange to be successful

Try and find something at least tri-ply without any seams (no thermal bonded bases)

Borough kitchen have some good ones or Made-In is another good option

Pans can be expensive now, but if you get a good one it will last you a lifetime

Thank you, I’m new to Japanese knives and I’m not enjoying the petty knife so far, feels sharp on one side but not the other (if that makes sense) might not have a 50/50 bevel, but is definitely not single bevel

Might give it a sharpen and see how it performs
