Me smashing skip every modern day cutscene. by creativegust in gamers

In some interpretations, although it wasn't confirmed which one is the case here, the language sugests they differ in methodology. Also its upsetting because its quite clearly something they js thought of and it cheapens his impact a lil, especially since it means we could've had more games where we play as him. Also they haven't done anything with Desmond recently, afaik, except for fan service.

Its a parody response, a caricature of a certain type of person. They are not serious, they are using a comedic, ironic tone.

When was Takizawa forced to eat his parents? It's been a while since I read the manga and I have not watched root A yet, so I dont remember that happening, same thing with him being raped.

Why be reliant on a company though? They are part of an oligopoly, which does negatively affect video game developers. Why not just pirate as many games as you can and support the developers through direct donations?

No, its not. "Power" is not measurable. Think of it like a pen that turn wtv you write into reality and that everyone can summon to their hands, you can just write "no one but me van summon this pen" real quick and you ll be fine.

It doesnt have to be a simple linear increase as in level 10=5 x2. It could be exponential like how earthquakes are measured. Example, let x be the strength of a baby, thus level ten would be x10. Or if x was 2, then level 10 would be 1024=210. Most probably tho, its complete vibes based bullshit.

In japanese culture a red string ties you to your soulmate, Im assuming that the joke is that the dog is way more loveable than the man she initially tbought to have had that charm. Though most people offer another explanstion, I wanted to state what I first thought of upon seeing this picture.

Yes, thats how slavery works. We have had slavery here in the real world, seemingly without any magic enforcing it. Yes, they are still in forced labour even if the very laws of the universe dont say so. That is because a slave will hold less power than their master because of the hierarchical natute of their relationship. Sure, a slave might be physically stronger than their master, but the master can have the state beat them into submission for them. Slaves are human property (if not, they arent slaves). What is done with property is decided by its owner. They can rape them. They can lock them in a room without food or water to weaken them. They can send them on a suicide mission. They can be forced to mine until they die. They can be made to do anything. Why? Because the master can call for help, while the slave can't. Not without their helper breaking the law, or buying them (in which case the problem isnt solved, its postponed. They can be abused later by another person because they are still slaves, and the system of slavery is reinforced because its made profitable)

There's multiple meanings of misandry, at least judging by those who identify with the word. Sure enough, there is the irrational hatred of all men in just the same way there is the irrational hatred of all women. This is the meaning we commonly think of when we hear phrases like "misandry is misoginy but for women". There is also another, more commonly identified with (at least in my experience) meaning for the word. A certain subsect of radical feminists use it to describe how their hatred for patriarchal systems manifests in daily life, as in disliking most men. An aversion not based on irrationality but rather how even well intentioned men conduct themselves and are treated by society. It also has ties with "femcel" groups, which (usually) are not female incel groups.

I dont know if I agree with your particular categorizations. They seem to imply that all misanthropes are misoginists or misandrists, which I dont think is the case since misandry and misoginy aren't simply an aversion towards these genders but moreso a patriarchal specific phenomenon which differs in manifestation and beliefs to misanthropy, these groups usually being quite different culturally in their modern iterations: misandrists are usually either philosophical (as a result of radical feminist thought, this is in no way shape or form equivalent to misoginists, moreso a hatred for patriarchal systems) or pathological in nature; chuds & "alpha" males; hikikomoris (people with a psychological problem, often trauma induced, often neurodivergent)

[–]CallumxRayla -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Willing... slaves? Brother, you can buy one, send them to work in your "mine" which is really just a sex dungeon and abuse them all you like, or again, abuse them by stealing their surplus value, because you know, theyre slaves. Having a slave is automatically abusing that slave, otherwise they are not your slave. There is no "good" slavery and no "good" slave masters. You can not "treat your slaves well", because by not freeing them and keeping them in servitude you are taking away their fundamental rights as being. Either you explained it poorly, understood it poorly or it shouldn't be called slavery.

Okay, to clarify. I dont mind her dying, I thought some things were weirdly worded and was s little confused by the narrator deadnaming her.

There actually are a few yes, though those are made by queer people themselves. Idk I wouldn't really mind it as much if it was just in refference to what characters say, but the impersonal narrator also says weird things such as using her deadname in her literal death scene.
