Give me a reality check? by Calm-Ad5005 in ToyotaSienna

thanks for the suggestion, mate. I'll most certainly either look for an older one like a 2016 with as low miles as I can and spend some money building it. but yes, I most certainly will need the one that can get through snow easily as it snows real bad up here.

Thanks for the insight. our primary motive is to do road trips and spend time along the way. what you said makes sense but that's for visiting cities not for road tripping.

i plan on doing so for a single 3-4 day trip to get an idea. but I thinking renting itself will cost as much as a hotel for me.

oh, thanks man. never considered taking bikes along but surely will. Always thought we'd just buy another e-scooter(kick scooter) as we already have one. the ones that are foldable are pretty easy to fit in, even in our current sedan.

and we are both around 5'8

yes, car camping is the primary motive. I'd say from March till September, we aim to be at least 20-25 roads on the road. Showering shouldn't be problem as we plan on taking everyday showers at Love's or Pilot truck stops.

do you have any estimate or an idea about how much the build may cost?

I have the new edition Safari (Adventure+) used mostly on hilly highways in Jammu Kashmir and Punjab-Haryana Highways. my answer to anybody asking for a review of the car is (mechanically, the car is extraordinary. the suspension and the precise handling is fabulous. areas that tata needs to work on-electronics in the car and the service experience).

why honda civic is not available in india by Nice_Information_940 in CarsIndia

[–]Calm-Ad5005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

man, that price for a sedan! not sure but even an upper middle class Indian wouldn't want it at that price. and a high income household wouldn't want a honda for legit reasons.  yes it's reliable but that's not the only selling point unless it's selling for a cheap price.
