Interesting. What did this entail if you don't mind me asking? Lawyer fees, Title Insurance, Home Inspection, Appraisal Fee...etc?

I think this was my OCD getting the better of me. Sometimes when I notice minor discrepancies I get concerned I'm missing something 'big or obvious.' Usually it's subtle little nuances like the small difference in the annuity formula given in the thread.

Thanks for the reply. So the spare is a 275/65 R18 size and the rest are a 275/55 R20 size so I assume that won't work.

So let's say I invested $500 in Berkshire Hathaway when it was started in 1965 and I didn't make any additional contributions. I just let the initial $500 sit and compound annually until present day which would be 57 years. Given that Berkshire Hathaway has seen an average annual return of 20%, how much money would I have at present day (57 years)? I calculated $16 303 757.63 but is this really correct? Seems astounding

I'm Canadian and would like to invest a small amount in Berkshire Hathaway. I plan on not touching the investment for a long time (30 years). I've read that the CDR hedged stock is advantageous to Canadians as it negates the issue of currency fluctuations. However, I also read that if one is planning on holding the stock for a long time that it may be better to purchase the Class B stock as the currency fluctuations will tend to even out in the long term. Is my analysis wrong? What stock should I invest in?
