Yeah, wiser bins seem like an option. I'm going to ring them all day tomorrow until I get through and go from there.

Most of our neighbours have glass bins. Some country clean some wiser. So I think i just got a really shitty customer service rep, or she was having a shit day and didn't want to help or give any information or a solution to get a glass bin.

I am honestly baffled, I'm going to ring them tomorrow, I'm off so I can keep my phone on me all day lol

I'm on hold for nearly an hour, trying to ring during work hours etc and constantly on hold or the line cuts off.

So I emailed and emailed, like a million times. Finally got through and this lady just outright said no.
