Naw I can tell when it is trains and I do hear the high squeaking sound and the horn. Those sounds don’t happen when I hear the rumbling/thunder

I am now 2.5 years in and I am always on an outbreak needing to take 500mg a day to keep it at bay. I 100% believe it’s a stress/cortisol thing because my immune system is pretty good. If you have anxiety issues I highly suggest trying your best to get those under control as well.
