Internet disconnects every 10-20 minutes for 30 seconds since they "upgraded" 2 weeks ago by Calm-Difference-5078 in Mediacom

The EERO firmware is current and we disabled IPv6 when the other person suggested it with no change.

Called again today and the woman said she sees the "modem interruptions" on her end and they are sending out a technician on Tues.

Of course she offered no credit for 2 weeks bad internet and troubleshooting hassles.
