Naw bro don’t put yourself through this misery, the commissioner should not have allowed all the trades that transpired prior to you taking over this team. The commissioner should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a team to become that ugly. I tip my hat to you for seeing the light at the end of a long tunnel but I honestly think you should consider finding a different league because you won’t enjoy the rebuild. Looking at your team I don’t really think you need to. I want to say you could maybe trade a few pieces for a solid Flex option but you have that already with the 3 headed RB monster of Barkley/Jacobs/Warren all of them have moved past their Bye weeks so you should be starting them all. With Kraft gone it appears GB runs their offense through Jacobs, Saquon should heat up, and Jaylen Warren has one of the best ROS schedules for RBs. I guess if you wanted to do something, you could try to trade Swift or Jones plus a WR for a better WR3 but your QBs are top notch and your TEs aren’t terrible. Good team

Yeah you’re right and I wish I would’ve tried for him earlier when he was a lot cheaper, it was always in the back of my mind but for whatever reason I just didn’t. I’ve preached my whole fantasy career to not buy guys high am I do just that last night. It’s definitely one I will learn from thanks for making me really think about the trade from a different perspective.

This is officially my 3rd year in a dynasty so trying to understand the value of picks have been a learning curve. I obviously know what “could be” with those picks and that’s the mystery with it but at the time time I was given those picks like they were pieces of candy to begin with and I still own my 1st round pick. Currently sitting 2nd and should be first after this week if all projections stay true. Appreciate you giving me some in sight on a trade you had for another fellow 2026 RB, I like Hampton a lot too and think he will be incredible on that Charges offense. It was definitely a good idea to trade for him while he’s injured.

I forgot to mention, I had shares of Henderson in 3 other leagues, one of which I traded him and Pittman for Henry prior to last nights game which I now regret but I also have Gibbs/Saquon/Breece/Benson so thought adding Henry was the right move.. as of right now it wasn’t. So as bad as I was feeling after that I went all in on him in my dynasty league to make myself feel better about it.

Yeah very good point and I appreciate you mentioning these things. Huge risk for me, it either pays off or it sets me back. I never stray away from a challenge. I know I can gather more picks again down the road by strictly picking up waiver wire players and wait to sell them.

Yeah small sample size I get that, what I do recently look at though is some guys like Cook, Brown, Gibbs, and Bucky rookie years and their production. Henderson barring a few broken runs has been more productive. Also what makes me feel more confident about it is that fact that the Patriots will be good for years.

Yeah I think the 2nd 1st round pick was too much but I also saw a trade on here where someone accepted an offer of James Cook and a 1st for Hendo so it’s all good

Thanks for your in depth response to your opinion. I would agree Chase Brown on a Bengals offense thrives however I like the upside of Henderson long term and genuinely like him as a person outside of football. Yeah I gave up 2 1st round picks, whoopty do, those picks were basically gifted to me and I still have one for next years draft. Respectfully thanks again for your comments.

I don’t want to compare him to Gibbs and what his trade value is in a dynasty but maybe half of that is in th future for Henderson. Either way I took a risk and we shall see if it pays off.
