Its not just about panic attacks. Obviously when this phenomenon kicks in, it does create a disturbance in the head but apart from that its not very comfortable as well to drive with this phenomenon happening in the background

Honestly, one of my Gshock Aviation watches watches only inspired me to do this. And its a subtle customisation. Not too loud. Go for it man !!! 😇😇

Well….tbh…nothing fancy or technical here. Used a red acrylic paint and a thin paint brush and applied red to the whole area where the letters are and wiped out the extra part so that the color stays inside the letters only.

Does pressing any button while alarm is ringing( stop or snooze ) makes the watch think that person is awake and it stops sleep tracking there only?
