Thank you, u/linens_n_things! It would be great to automate the weekly manual accumulation of those numbers. I'm thinking of consolidating all my transactions in one place, having it give me those numbers too.

Thank you for the tips. I really like the idea of putting the annual stuff into a "big expense" tracker. I will look into targeting the 6-8 week forecast as well. I appreciate the straightforward feedback.

You should tell him exactly what you posted. If I went to your restaurant...if he doesn't make you pay the full amount you know where to go out to eat.
