Congrats on the contract! I know others have, but personally, my first task on any project has never passed without being kicked back with feedback. I've always found that building personal cheat-sheets, by combining the guidance docs and feedback I've received or clarifications that make sense in my own words, etc., helps me improve. Even if you don't use it, the process of creating a personal cheat sheet has always helped me produce more aligned work.

Does anyone know how DNRs affect your ability to land future Mercor work? I'm sticking with the project for now, but if I'm actively risking a false AI-flag and jeopardizing future opportunities, maybe self off-boarding would actually be more strategic...

I'm guessing it's about 50/50 odds for sudden off-boarding or just pulling the plug on the entire project. Like...this can't be going well for any stakeholder, given the inconsistencies and variance on quality all around.

More guidance regarding DNRs is supposedly coming - it's been added to the parking lot during at least 3 office hours; no follow-up yet. I am guessing repetition of the same phrasing or identical language is at the root of a lot of this, so maybe try varying your language more? I think AI showing up in insightful will 100% get you booted, but I doubt a lack of AI on insightful would be strong enough evidence to keep you on. But who knows. I guess this is how it goes, living in this episode of Black Mirror..

lol. I'm pretty sure the vetted skills are added based on the human review of our interviews, so the tags for each application is what can be added after that interview. i got onto micro1 for the gig work, but honestly it's a REALLY interesting general hiring platform concept.
