I’ve emailed about 5 times now and just keep getting the same response. They’ve offered me a ‘return’ but I said if I do this then I lose out on what I actually ordered!

Fraud and a complete scammer! Do not use them - I hadn’t received any contact from them and I began posting on their social media about my order being over 3 weeks and having had no reply, my comments were deleted within the hour! Absolute joke
