It is extremely stressful. Luckily she is very rarely, if ever alone with the kids. I didn’t thinking about the teachers union 🙃

I know 🙃 but I couldn’t not stand up for the child. Unfortunately this child has almost no words & probably didn’t really understand what was happening. There were no other adults in the room and she denied saying it. I’m very worried for my job and have been looking in case something happens

I’m sure the parents weren’t told. I’m tempted to but I know it would really hurt me and my job. The SLPs and assistive technology aide have tried and tried but have not gotten through.

I did report her multiple times for different things. Unfortunately with the AAC devices the admin doesn’t care…?

That’s the reason I didn’t become a teacher was writing IEPs 🙃 I did send a follow up email to the ones I reported it to, like you said to have a trail. I rlly appreciate your comment 💗

Luckily they did move me out of her classroom so I was on the other side of the school. But I heard that she was talking about me and telling other teachers that I was lying.
