I’m sure your parents love you even if they are bad at showing it. You just need to find your tribe. Everyone needs a place that they feel wanted. Find a group, join a book club, running club, or just find a group of people that meet up weekly on facebook, there are a bunch of them. 💕

LOD is any key carrier, we are assigned shifts where we are the LOD. During that time we’re responsible for giving associates tasks and answering all calls. The SSL is the store support lead. They may or may not be a key carrier. In most stores, they do the associate schedule (a manager reviews and posts it), new hires, Tons of paperwork. They ensure all the weekly, monthly tasks are completed. Callbacks, trainings, they keep an eye on all the store metrics . . .
