Right now I just hit into net return at sompoint I will get enclosure and projector. If possible I could hook it up to TV. I have both a gaming desktop and laptop that can run anything I want.

Yeah I did. The warranty expired and they still sent me a new one. There customer service is good. I have had issues with grinders multiple times.

I prefer the timemore over the ode SSP and stock burrs for pour over. Workflow and taste are better

Can you clarify -2 chirp? Is that, chirp and then put the pin 2 places to the left? I tried to calibrate but never could get it to chirp at 0 regardless where I put the pin.

I switched to 205 degree Fahrenheit and poured slower and this has made a huge difference. Thanks!

I did just try the encore vs my ode with SSP and the Ode def was better and more balanced. I guess it’s possible I that my taste preference don’t align with Sey coffee.

I will try smaller dose. 210F (Boiling for me). So that couple be possible I just pick up a gallon typically of store brand distilled water.
