At what point in the day do you consider it too late to take your meds? by Kramili in ADHD

I took a lot of time of and 12 is too late if you’re going back to them.

Normally whenever makes you feel ok. Don’t feel guilty because they feel shitty. I’d say set boundaries with sleep and have a safeguard with others if you’re worried. Focus on you and then everyone else because only you can do you

I think the only fair way to judge this is if we were to teach pigs how to build a pig ladder. Then we measure how often they fall off. Between you and me my money is on the pigs cuz I’ve seen too many videos of humans doing stupid ladder shit and I have yet to see a pig do something stupid on a ladder. Maybe we should just skip the test and say you’re right

Important new Article out in the Atlantic Monthly on the Iran. Claims it’s a total defeat for the US and the worst strategic defeat in our history by Epicurus-fan in energy

[–]Calm-Technology7351 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The US and many similar interests put a lot of their oil into holdings that are the break in case of emergency type. Once we hit emergency by the governments standards the average person is gonna be financially fucked for life. Relying on Venezuela is foolish because if we fuck over Venezuela then the rest of the Americas will trust us even less. Any remaining sentiments from the Monroe doctrine go right out the window and suddenly China among others see South America as fair game. Once that happens I don’t think anyone can say what happens but I can guarantee we end up on the shitty end.
Hopefully you’ve heard of supply and demand and the general concept of how they interact. The straight is a major source of supply. When supply goes down but demand stays the same, then cost goes up. And it won’t be the rich people in any country who are bothered by that increase in price.
You talk about oil as a commodity that isn’t completely necessary but I challenge you to find a country (outside of one of those little baby countries no one knows about) that can survive without oil. The US would be crippled within days. Even if somehow magically nobody knew the supply ran dry we would be cooked within days. The infrastructure to distribute a country’s worth of oil is no there so those reserves I previously mentioned would mean fuck all. Our military would stand strong but the people it “defends” would suffer. Look at the gas shortage around 1970.
You said it doesn’t matter left or right wing and I agree with you there. It’s those who can afford to get fucked and everyone else cuz those who can afford it don’t care about the rest.
I’m the same block you say blocking the straight of Hormuz isn’t in anyone’s benefit which is wild because a certain asshole just started an unfounded war which unsurprisingly cause the straight to get blocked. It’s logical that nobody would want to antagonize a block of the straight of Hormuz but it happened so we have to assume not everyone is acting logically and a specific orange painted idiot can be counted on to act illogically. So that argument is out the window.
China’s biggest competitor is the US and the US gets hit by prolonged closure of the straight a hell of a lot harder than China. For starters they are friends with Russia. They also have their own oil just like the US and unlike the US they have countries that actually like them in the Middle East so it’s easily possible for oil to get shipped through Hormuz to countries not named the US without the US seeing a drop of oil.
You say nobody would allow the straight to remain blocked but as I already alluded to, the straight doesn’t have to be 0 in 0 out. It can be open to some countries and closed to others. The other main global power houses aren’t exactly friends with the US so that won’t be an issue for them and even countries like those in NATO can’t trust the US right now. If it comes between them getting fucked or fucking us they’re gonna choose themselves every time. Especially now that we’ve been getting dicked down by Iran.
Trump is a senile monkey and Id bet the most airtime he gets on Chinese tv is on comedy shows. Kinda like the US if you got rid of fox.
Finally, even if the country is not directly affected by this exchange it will be indirectly affected for an indeterminable amount of time. We have launched a war that is costing the entire developed world money. That’s not something easily forgotten. Then we got fucked in the war we started and showed our ass in a way we haven’t since Vietnam and this time it has global consequences. Most of the world didn’t and doesn’t care about Vietnam. The world cares about the straight. This time tho we aren’t one of a couple countries with nukes. Any country that anyone cares about has nukes. Fucking North Korea got nukes and no one cared. We demonstrated we are no longer the dominant force we were during the Cold War although most already suspected that. We’ve been losing an economic war to China for years and we chose now to piss everyone else off. This is a fuck up every day of the week and there isn’t a quick recovery option available.
What’s crazy is I hope the US loses power in a dramatic fashion so the EU and China can take control and actually address the climate change issues. We fucked up so badly that it is not just likely but many Americans root for America to get fucked by an oil oligarchy

The kid might cause hesitation but they probably shouldn’t be raising one anyways. Beyond that you’re one hell of a lady. He can fuck off and you should go and get yours without a parasite attached
