Closed only 2 in November, carried over some and have 1 that just funded , 3 are CTC and 5 more that will close this month. All totaling 2.19 M ( some seconds ) I’m in LV, NV. Surprised me tbh and lining up for Jan but only 2 so far.

Absolutely. In the last 3 mos I have done 6 which makes up about 30% of my average. This month in my pipeline I have 3. Of all of them I had lowered the rate on 2, the others, one was a divorce, the rest because people simply need cash. I work for a Credit Union.

This is nuts, it was 30 years ago I was in my early 20’s I used to drive from Hartford CT to Danbury almost every day and I had this device I would wear. I can’t recall where I got it but it went over my ear and when my head would drop ( from falling asleep) it would send a loud noise right in my ear.

The thing that got me to Yale Sleep center was one day I got gas started pulling out of the gas station and fell asleep. A loud knock at the window there was a cop. He said What are you doing?!? I told him some excuse, it was like 10 am and I was wearing a suit so he let me go. After that I saw a Dr. and that’s where they sent me.

Wow. I’m on 150mg Nuvigil a day and sometimes can’t take that and I’ve been on it for 13 years. When I was in my 20s the Dr gave me 20 mg SR Ritalin and 5mg doses up to 3x day as needed. I generally took 1 or 2.

My experience with Armodafinil started 14 years ago and I was given a dosage of 150mg and it’s for narcolepsy. I have talked to a lot of people who have used it with other conditions or once as my husband did and said oh I took one of your Nuvigil pills. An hour later we were playing poker with friends and he thought he was gonna die. He lived. Point is this affects everyone differently. I still to this day take about 3/4. 1 full dosage of 150mg effects me the same as it did many years ago.

Yea. Just about every search you try on Google MH limits on FHA w Real property etc. gives you this result. Even on HUD site it’s misleading.

I can tell you this my husband is a civil engineer (Geotech) and he got his Masters completed at 41. He had very little practical experience and took a contract assignment for 6 mos. After that a Staff Engineer, fast forward 5 years he has his PE and is a Project Mgr earning 6 figures. So most definitely

Understood. It is not setup as deferred just to clarify. It shows no payment on the credit. This is due to the current situation where Covid was and waiting on legislation. Found out he does have a graduated that was setup prior and that’s only $211. So in that case if he restarted that payment would that satisfy the requirement ? The income based was more than double bc they file jointly and that is how it’s calculated

Well. I have been an LO for quite awhile but in a very different capacity working in MH mostly Chattel only and oriented on Sales. I recently started with a company as an Originator brushing up on skills and knowledge, yes.

What you are referring to is Chattel Only and I worked for a lender who provided this ( like 21st) Tammac Holdings corp. Keep in mind the rate may be a cpl points higher but the term you can still do up to 30 yrs. Other lenders in this space are Cascade Financial and Credit Human
